Go to settings>Apps>system app>software update should be 2 on the list tap go to storage clear data then force stop both them

Yep. I just woke up this morning to find a message saying an update was available and installing right now. It was already downloaded and ready for me to just hit the install button. Nice. Unlocked on AT&T.
