July Update no outlook.com notifications

I've noticed that since the July update my Outlook email app no longer notifies me via sound or the dot on the home screen. I have checked the notification settings and all is good. Anyone else having notification issues since the July update?

The Outlook app is a Microsoft product, so you'll have to contact them - go to Go to Settings > Help & Feedback > Contact Support.

I am not having any issues at all get all my updates on my app.

I've been in IT for over thirty years. I can tell you that contacting MS support through help and feedback would be the most useless waste of time I could possible think of. Just wondering if anyone has seen this is all. I did see a post about disabling notifications for this app for a few hours then re enable. worked for a few people. I'm trying that. I'll report back.

Try to uninstall and reinstall the Outlook app.

Outlook supported dropbox accounts first before one drive. I submitted a ticket, they said they are working on it, man, it took months.

When android apps act up on me I make sure they are up to date then clear cache if that doesn't work reinstall the app.

Can also try reset app preference, see if that helps .
