We had the night mode in the update at the beginning of July (11th)
This latest update seems to be security related and improved camera performance.

I believe you are on the Exynos unlocked version. Qualcomm version is lagging behind - Thank you Samsung

It's their usual procedure for firmware updates. For a security update, the unlocked model sometimes gets it before the carrier models do. But for a feature update, Samsung waits for all carriers to test it before releasing it for the unlocked model. (The Exynos models are a separate matter; they often have slightly different features than Snapdragon models.)

what i mean how Samsung/Carrier is rolling this camera update out is like a chicken with it's head off

S9 carrier models have it already, s10 carrier have it except TMobile , they where updating older version before the flagships or more current model.
