Keeps jumping on Facebook and other sites. Surely shouldn't be doing this
Did factory reset button still doing it
It's not all the time but noticeable on twitter and facebook. Only had it since June

Bring it into your carrier store. Usually they'll know how to troubleshoot. Plus it should be a warranty replacement if you need to do that.
