June, security patch

Since it's now the weekend, I doubt any security patch updates will to be pushed devices (i could be wrong). Best bet is getting an update on Monday morning (5th June) :)

The only device I've heard about getting the June patch is the Blackberry KEYone (certain models). Which received it on Friday.

If we don't get it by Monday we riot! Who's with me? Nevermind, there's a chance of rain on Monday. Then on Tuesday we will definitely.... maybe.... put it into consideration. Who's with me?!

Ha ,I'm thinking the June Security Image will be posted tomorrow. Who receives it OTA is the question.
The last couple updates I have been getting mine for my Pixel on release day tho :D

I think my update was only 49.x MB. On a verizon purchased pixel XL. Updates have always been released on the first Monday of each month and normally available via OTA around 2pm est.

I'm assuming none of you are on O? Guessing security updates for us on O will be a month behind like with the 7.1.2. beta.

The images are up for the Pixel as well.
T-Mobile,Fi,and Rodgers get NKG47L and all others get NJH47B

Couple quick questions. I have a Verizon model Pixel that is still on the April security patch. 2 Weeks ago, I switched to Fi.

(1) Do I first need May's patch before going to June?
(2) If I do sideload the OTA, do I sideload the Verizon one or the Fi one?

Thanks in advance.

You shouldn't need May before June. I would believe you need the Fi OTA. Are you not able to get an update by checking for the update in settings?

Unfortunately, no. That was my first solution, but despite hitting Check for Update it returns "Your system is up to date" and shows security patch level: April 5, 2017.

Am I the only one experiencing exceptional battery life after this security update?

My Pixel XL usually died down pretty fast with about 5 hours of screen on time at the end of the day. I'm now on 70% with 2 and a half hours screen on time when I'd usually be down to about 48% at this time.

I'm loving this!

There are no security updates on developer previews or beta Android releases nor are they "a month behind". When ever a new developer preview or beta version is released that's when it will have the latest security updates.
