Just downloaded the June update on my unlocked S22 Ultra on the Spectrum Mobile network.

The celebration has begun!! The Colorado Avalanche won the Stanley Cup & the June 2022 update arrived on my unlocked s22U on T-Mobile!

Yup, S908U1UEU2AVF1 is out now for US unlocked S22Us. The bootloader number has not incremented (it's still 2), so you can always roll back to a previous version if you need to for any reason. The release notes mention only stability and security improvements, but as mustang7757 and pags11 previously posted here, the new firmware is advertised to include camera improvements.

If you have an unlocked model, then as always, if your carrier hasn't released AVF1 yet (or if they have but you're not receiving it OTA), you can download it via Frija (for any carrier) and install it using Odin.

Unlocked Verizon received the June update this morning. Update is out for 3 weeks now, and we had to wait that long, this is ridiculous.

Samsung is definitely screwy around as you see unlocked was build in June 4 , the carriers were build in June 3 and was out that following week Shame on Samsung lol

So I have had this update with T-Mobile locked S22 Ultra for about 3 days. Just today my battery life has been crazy good.
I have been off the charger for over 13 hours and now if it all Wi-Fi but over 3 hours sot and just 31% battery used.
I will see it is replicated for the next few days.

My unlocked S22+ is exactly the same. That's why I don't get why people get so angry when an update is delayed? Unless it's listed as a major feature addition, I rarely notice a difference.

My theory is that the monthly updates are something to look forward to and some really look forward to them.
