I think you should have asked: What is your favorite OS for the LG Optimus V.
In which case I would have to say.......The MiRaGe. Hands down it is the fastest, smoothest, most reliable ROM with everything working. With it, Link2SD, and a16GB SanDisk SD card with a 2GB ext.3 partition my apps open faster than with any other combination of ROM and sd ext format.
This ROM is a Monster when the RAM is kept above 50%, and is solid as a ROCK.

Note: The Paranoid Android ROM (found in the Optimus S Rooting, ROMs, and Hacks/Cold as Ice ROM thread) has the most potential of any other ROM to be the best for this phone. It also has a soft keys option that puts the menu, home, and back keys on the phones screen (great for those with physical buttons that are giving them problems).
