Just bought a Samsung Tab S and when I try to connect it to my wifi it says incorrect password. How can I get it working?

Just bought a samsung tab S and when i try to connect it to my wifi it says incorrect password

Isnt the password the one on the sky router which says "password" underneath the Sky ID?
I tried rebooting router not sure what else I should do.

Excuse me for suggesting it, but are you certain that you entered it correctly? Passwords are case-sensitive, for example.
