I've had a Samsung S9 for 4 years, using Sky broadband as my internet provider and all
has been working fine.
Just bought a new Samsung S20 and, although I can access internet on both my Laptop
and the S9, the new S20 says incorrect password after I choose my Sky Wi-Fi Network
and enter the same password which I have used for 4 years.
I have triple checked to make absolutely certain that it's the correct password but, the
new S20 tells me it's incorrect. Just can’t understand how a password can be correct with
one device but incorrect using another.
Quite frustrating having a new phone and unable to use it : (
