Just got a Nexus

so I have a nexus for my nephew and he's not able to upload pics to facebook. Is this a common problem?

I know the contacts sync doesn't work.

I think there is a option to upload pics when your only on WiFi, try connecting to WiFi and it works then in the setting there should be an option to turn upload when only on WiFi off

Im not seeing it in the settings any longer, This might have been removed when the latest update came out a couple days ago.

EDIT, Try opening the gallery and go under settings. (3 dots in top right corner) Uncheck Sync on wifi only. This may help.
