Just got my atrix laptop dock

I don't want you to think your the only one who purchased the laptop dock, I did as well and love it. I haven't posted on this thread as I don't have any tips for you, but enjoy!

My main problem with the dock is that Motorola obviously thinks noone uses a case to protect their phone 'cause if you do chances are your Atrix won't fit into the dock. WTF were they thinking making the docking slot so tight? I wish some Chinese entrepreneurs would start making short cables to alleviate this issue. You ever try to find a six inch HDMI type-D female to female cable, let alone the parts to make one yourself? I can only find female ports that are meant to be PCB mounted.

It's a PITA to remove my OtterBox Defender case every time I want to use the dock!

With some of the smaller cases, you can get it to fit. It has a removable plate like the standard dock does. It gives a little more room.

It would be nice if Otterbox would make a defender that has plug extenders built in with a outer shape that fits the cradles. It'd make them even bigger, but at least it would work with most of the docks.

I have a Laptop and Desktop so I dont see the serious need for the LapTop dock although I would love to have it. Im just refusing to pay that price until it gets dropped. Anyone know where they got it CHEAP?! lol
