Bought one on eBay, but when I put it on, nothing appears in the little window. Do you have to do something special to get that little window to show information?

Or. Just go to your local T-mobile store; they have them there in stock. But i would call first. I think they are selling fast.

All the T-mobile stores near me had them.

so right...just called my local tmobile and they did have some in stock so i picked one up. love the feel of it, so different than the note 2 flip case. question....is there a way to set the s window to stay on longer? or any settings at all?

nope, infact i hold it like you would hold a paperback book.....i set the camera so that you use voice command to take a picture so i hold the phone still with two hands and that keeps the flap out of the way. had a flip case on my note 2 and got so used to holding the phone like a book that the couple of days i've had my note 3 without the s view it felt awkward to hold...only thing i miss is the felt feel of the inside of the flap of the note 2. the s view is the same leather feel inside and out.

found the s view settings in accessory settings....only adds weather, walking mate,changes screen color, and unlock setting....

Personally, I think the S-view covers are kind of ugly (especially the black)...The white doesnt look to shabby, but all of them are over-priced.

Nope, you bought one of those fake covers. The official covers are $59, and the fake ebay ones go for $15.

Yep I got one off of ebay ad well and didn't work. You have to use one from samsung. It had two area that hit points near the battery. This is how it knows samsung cover. Samsung cover is great and easy to use. Gold cover back and type/use just like normal.

It's a different kind of pleather, with a better feel than the phone in my opinion.

Personally, I think the S-view covers are kind of ugly (especially the black)...The white doesnt look to shabby, but all of them are over-priced.

Geez, no one is being forced to buy one (unlike some expensive crappy things in the US right now).....i love mine too and it was worth the price to me. feels nice and the s view is interesting....the jury is out to me on the super functionality, i think i was picturing super useful app functions but to be honest not so much....i do like seeing status and being able to answer phone etc, but the camera function is a dead loss...only takes small s view screen size pics....i do love that the flap open turns on phone and bypasses lock screen and close flap turns off phone!! love that on my note 8 cover and just that alone would have had me.
