I've had the privilege of having a perfect Prime since I received it early January. I have honestly had zero problems, but feel for those that have. Anything that cost $500 should work perfectly and there really is no excuse for it not to. I think there was either a bad batch of production or a small batch of machines that work up to standard. I don't know anyone personally who has one, but the forums are always talking about problems. But just as it is in the local 10 o' clock news, "good news is no news." We never hear about the successes, only the failures.
