Everything seems to work as expected. Do not let all the stories disaude youfrom getting this tablet. It really is great.

I agree. I got my prime about a month ago and it is great. I have read about the problems some users are having but mine is perfect. WiFi strength is a good as my other devices and GPS is acceptable (I don't attach it to my dash). I just got the dock about a week ago and it has really changed how I use it. I never touch my laptop anymore. I think it is easy to chase the next best thing but you never get there.

I've had the privilege of having a perfect Prime since I received it early January. I have honestly had zero problems, but feel for those that have. Anything that cost $500 should work perfectly and there really is no excuse for it not to. I think there was either a bad batch of production or a small batch of machines that work up to standard. I don't know anyone personally who has one, but the forums are always talking about problems. But just as it is in the local 10 o' clock news, "good news is no news." We never hear about the successes, only the failures.

I agree. And that is why I posted. Before ordering the Prime I read a lot of posts that almost put me off buying, but decided to go for it, figuring that I could return if there were problems.

I also feel for anyone still having problems with theirs, and if they do have problems they should return.

I just got my Prime today. I too read all the problems everyone else experienced but I'm going to see for myself before I make any decisions about returning it.

I'm one of the oddballs that got an awesome Prime that works great. Do I get random reboots? Sure, but an update should fix that, once they actually find out what's causing it. So far, it's the only issue I've seen and I can live with it.

I've had mine for less than a week and the only thing that I can say that bothers me a bit is the single speaker. I'm coming from a Galaxy 10.1 and I really miss the second speaker. It's not a deal breaker by any means and I'm happy to say that I have no negative comments about the tab itself.

That's the one that gets to me. ASUS started with dual speakers for stereo sound, and with the next upgrade ASUS goes backwards to one speaker? Why? Really doesn't make since. And, they placed the single speaker in the back. I can't tell you how many apps I've tried to raise the volume so that I can hear the table with the speaker in the back. Since all I do is watch movies and NetFlix, this is really bothersome for me. Makes me want to look into the 700 when it comes out.

Oh wait. Now I sound like I don't like the tablet. I love the tablet, but the speaker thing really gets to me.
