Just go the tab last Thursday. I am little worried about getting honeycomb and the longevity of this device. I'm still within my 30 days should I take it back and wait for the galaxy tab 10". Thanks for any advice

Its a matter of preference... you're comparing a 10" tab to a 7" tab. For me, I'm glad I didn't wait for the SGT2 as I didn't want a tab that big. For me 7" is a perfect size. I'm also within my 30 days, if they announced the SGT2 at the same size of 7".... I would be on line right now returning the thing.

I got my Tab recently on U.S. Cellular and I love all 7" of it. I also find that the 10" will probably be too big for me. I don't think it will get outdated until they bring another 7" tablet to the table. I think that's why they called it the Galaxy Tab 10.1" and not Tab 2.

I was torn as well on sticking with the tab. My plan is to keep it for a bit. I got the buyback from Best Buy free with it. I will keep it for at least 6 months and by then there should be some great products for it, the OS will be better optimized, and there will be better apps.

I just got mine last night. So far I really like it. I was holding out for a Xoom but decided its just too big to take with me as much as I would like. This fits nicely in my smallish girly hands lol.

I'm picking up my Tab tomorrow morning...I went round and round on a decision between the Tab and an iPad....the size of the Tab is what did it for me...I can't wait til morning!

I picked up one last night (I also own an iPad) and the size makes a huge difference. My work bag felt so light this morning and it's been great being able to do all my normal routines holding the device with one hand.

We picked up 2 (buy 1 get 1) on U.S. Cellular. We love them! We also think that the 10.1" will be too big. We already have a 10.1" netbook and 17.3" laptop. 7" is perfect for a tablet. The Tab fits very nicely in my hands.

I've been looking for good applications, launchers, and themes. I'm trying to customize it to make it mine :P

I really do think Samsung will keep both around. Having both 7" and 10.1" will work in their advantage for those that don't want a larger sized tablet. I know over valentines day Galaxy Tabs were sold out on USC.

Just bought my tab yesterday and so far I love it! Perfect size, and froyo seems to work great as an OS. Only problem I had is getting some full websites to work, but its not a big problem. Great device

Try Dolphin HD.

The size is a huge perk for this device...Especially for those people who are looking to combine devices with this (GPS, Kindle, web browsing, etc.). You obviously want it to be comfortable to use on a daily basis, and for myself personally anything like the iPad or Xoom is just way to big. Nice, light, and portable. The 7" tabs are doing something right :)

I've had my Tab for a week and love it. Using LauncherProPlus and it's perfect. Ill be jazzed if we get Honeycomb whether its official or developed on xda but I'm content with how this works now.

So then it probably won't be out til summer. I am thinking I am going to grab the 7 this weekend.

I can wait until summer to get a tablet to fit my needs. Heck, I can wait until next year if the Galaxy Tab 8.9 is not it. For the money, I want a tablet that I can use for 3 or 4 years.

What does every ont think of paying 350 for a Verizon SGT?
Its out of contrat and main use would be over WiFi.
