just got the new update

Just got that new update..is there some way to check on that "remote view" option? I've been trying to find it but nothing. I would like them to NOT have that privilege. My own girlfriend doesn't get to "remote view" so Verizon doesn't either!! That's right!! I said it!! Haha so any help would be appreciated!

If you call tech support you can opt out if you want, you get the prompt every time you call.

So I just call them and tell them I don't want them to be able to remotely view my phone? Thanks for the help!

I have dropped more calls with my Samsung S3 than with all my previous Verizon smart phones combined. I have either 1 or 2 bars over 90 percent of the time and those bars drop to zero in a heart beat too. That being said, however, showing 2 bars, my signal strength is 106 dBm.
Any ideas???

Remaining in the same position as I was earlier, I have 2 bars and 93 dBm.
