Just got the Plantronics Voyager HD Pro Bluetooh

i had similar problems with my S3, but later decided to return it. now, i got the galaxy note 2, and i'm having the same issues. i followed the advice above, and disabled S voice, which didn't work. i switched to the samsung voice recognizer, with no change. i long press my headset, and sometimes i get the S voice screen, but no audio confirmation or speech asking what next. any other ideas? what exactly do you do to update the att app? my note 2 has jelly bean, does that matter? i'm mobile all day, and really need to make calls from the headset without looking at the phone. sorry about being so long winded, but i'm guessing i need another headset? i also had the same issues iwth a cheapo plantronics set
