Just got the watch, question

With notifications, I'm just using it with the bluetooth connection, no sim, and my calls seem to come through fine. Text, I get a vibration but no sound. And I use outlook for my email app, there is no sound or vibration. Am I missing some setting somewhere? I do have the vibration on under sounds.
