Just Got This Charger

Hmmm, worked just fine with my Ultra! What was the problem?
I was referring to the different stationary charger with cool clock I tried previously.

The same model you got works well so far on all my devices. Only got it last night. Thank you for recommending it. It was on sale too.

I opened this and was expecting $100 as high price, wowser.

I'm debating it though, I have $30 in points and the third party one I bought has had a few issues such as watch with the message the screen was turned off because it got to hot and yesterday I didn't have a full charge and today it was 8 hours and just at 99%, the phone displayed 5 hours for full charge, I don't do fast charge for wireless charging. I paid $60 for that one.

EDIT..I just ordered it, it's early in the morning and sometimes I do dumb things. Hopefully it works better.

Hopefully they made the magnets on the watch charger strong enough to keep heavy watches, like Ultra, properly centered on the charger. If not, this charger is just an expensive decoration.

It looks like it's not as straight up and down as the phone charger, angled towards the back more. I know one thing, if it doesn't support the ultra it will be returned. That's to much money to spend for it to be that way.

It is on sale already for $105, $94 with workplace discount. If you will keep it, call and ask for price match.

Thank you. I just got done requesting a price match and they refused saying it's promotion but they are the only ones that can see it. They gave me $15 as a courtesy refund. I was also told there would be a 5% restocking charge if I returned it. I took the $15 as is if I would return and reorder after paying restock fee I'm doing they all that for $10.

I did send a message to the Samsung executive office with pictures of the new pricing and such. Probably will be a normal Samsung screw job.

Hmm.. I never had issues with price match for Samsung.com sales, as long as it was within 30 days from the purchase date. You should try another rep. Did you do it over chat? If yes, try to call. Restocking fee is something new too.

I looked the restocking fee thing up and it's there. I might try calling tomorrow.

Well I called today and it turned into a argument again. They start out saying they will price March then they change to it's a promotional deal and they don't match those. They can't explain what the promotion is though.

Now onto the product. It is built well, a lot better then the plastic one I had. The ultra watch sits on the charger fine, it won't hold if you knock it hard. For the sale price of $105 I feel it's worth the extra $50 over the plastic crap out there for $50. I would not pay $150 for it though. So if you are one that wants to pay extra for a higher quality wireless charger the $105 is ok price, little high but it's definitely better built. For $150, no that's way to much.

I'll update if I notice issues after using it for charging overnight such as the overheating or not charging all the way like the cheap one I had.
