JUst impossible to root why?

So basically I have a HTC One V and I wanna root it but everytime i go to install-superboot-windows it just keeps getting stuck on waiting for device, what am I doing wrong ? I've tried nearly everything

Waiting for Device is the cause of missing drivers.


First install this - HTC Sync Manager download


Once it's installed, replug your One V and see if it works then. If not/You already have the drivers, then try a different USB port.
