Just moved from 950xl. Trouble selecting text for editying.

I'll skip the saga...

When editing this msg and other textual screens, I have issues moving the cursor around with accuracy. Also getting the cut&paste menu to show has been annoyingly mysterious. I'm sure it's just an adjustment muscle memory, but what are the finer details of the cursor controls.

Or where's the best place to learn the shortcuts.

Welcome to Android Central! Moving the cursor can be frustrating if you need fine control. You might consider installing a 3rd party keyboard like SwiftKey that has an arrow key option: https://support.swiftkey.com/hc/en-...-arrow-keys-in-SwiftKey-Keyboard-for-Android-

Cut & paste isn't always available, depending on the text you're looking at. Where do you seem to have trouble?
