Just ordered G3 off of Amazon for $.01

I just ordered this phone for my mother. Is there any tips or trick you guys have as I have a Note 2 and have never used the G3.

Welcome to G3 land to both of you.Here's a few tips to start things:
If you find, after using for some time, that some apps are missing, look in Update Centre, App Updates, scrolling down....or, if you're one of those users without the Update Centre app, look in Settings, General, Smart Clean. This happens when apps are left idle, and the idle period can also be adjusted in Settings, General, Smart Clean.
Colour and contrast can be adjusted to taste in Settings, General, Accessibility, Colour Adjustment.
Remember to leave a blank, icon-free area of the home screen, so that you can use it for the double-tap-to-sleep function.
