data use is something I ovbiously have to be worried about now that i've renewed my contract. 2gb now. :'( but since I have had access to wifi my usage is barely a gig now. I may prefer to use 4G over my crappy home wifi but I'll definitely have to monitor it more closely. It's gonna be strange not having unlimited data and actually thinking about it. any apps or tips to help? thanks for the reply

Just use the "data usage" in your settings menu. You can restrict background data, as well as set a limit to avoid overage.

Very good pick. If you look at the specs of upcoming phones of the same size, the specs of the M are mostly the same as upcoming competing phones. Makes it a little future proof.

Wow, really? I came to it from a DInc 2 as well, and definitely think it's bigger and better. My husband has a Razr Maxx, and I love that my screen is the same size but my phone is smaller and fits in my pocket (and hand) so much better.

Phone prior to the DInc 2 was the original DInc. Battery and reception so much better on this one than either of my HTC phones.
