Just ordered two Dots!

Hopefully it will work as advertised. Anyone else order either the Dot or Tap?

I'm thinking about ordering one.... I just want a way to slave my stereo to my existing Echo without having my TV turned on. Right now best I can do is use my Fire TV 1st Gen but that requires my TV convert HDMI to optical. The Echo Dot can do that but do I need another set of microphones 12 feet away from my current Echo. Small condo echo sits on counter between kitchen and living room. Really all I need is bluetooth device with audio out that current Echo can control..... Basically an Echo Sub-Dot.

I'll probably order the Dot to put in the basement. Don't think I need to order both the dot and tap at the same time. It would be nice but probably not necessary.
