According to this site, it is only updating in Europe:

Definitely fixed my GPS issues. Locked on straight away. Still only 12/25 satellites but still locked on.

I had a EUR version phone and flashed this update. Battery life is still Mehhhh for me... Android System and OS have more battery drain then screen but camera definitely has improved...
