I replied to them within minutes of them telling me they needed more info. I haven't heard from them and my rebate has not been updated. I have a feeling that the rebate will not be updated until they generate an automatic email anyway. So basically it took them almost 2 weeks to tell me there was a problem and now it's almost another week waiting for an update response. Gotta love it.
Let me know if you still are having troubles. I have a second set coming since my wife bought a G4 also. I'll send it to you for the price of shipping if you still are having troubles. I should get it sometime this week.

Hmmm.... So - here in the UK they are not offering spare batteries with a new purchase:-(
What's worse is that LG do not have any batteries for sale in the UK yet.
I spoke to the LG approved accessory people and... "oh you want a BL-51YF battery" - "err.... no - that's gone obsolete" - "What phone is it for? A G4 - errr.... no - no record of that..."
I explained - and they decided that it was a case of not having them is stock yet.
LG UK Customer Support of course would not give me any idea when they might be available,
One of the main reasons for purchasing this phone was because of the replaceable battery:-(
Not an overly happy customer at the moment.

Verizon has a funny way of doing reciepts. I couldn't find my reciept anywhere online so I sent them a crystal clear picture of the reciept that was sent with my phone. (I actually took the picture of the reciept with my G4). I really hope that works for them.
