Just Replaced My M9 Digitizer Assembly and Now Phone Won't Turn On. Any ideas?

Hey, I just replaced my digitizer assembly and can't seem to figure out why my HTC One M9 won't start. Is there a connector I could've missed? I tried holding down the power button and volume up for three minutes but that had no effect. The small orange light inside the top speaker glows orange when charging if that helps narrow anything down.
