Bugless was messing up and kept cycling the boot animation with the droid eye over and over so i restored and loaded up cyanogen and loving it! now the next question to overclock or not hmmm lol

Get SetCPU from the market or for free from xda-developers.con
I say you do it but only do like 800Mhz

Yes 800 would be a great place to start chipset should be capable be capable of running that just watch out for heat. And if you get bootloops overclocked its the kernel

ok so what are some theme recomendations? seem to all look the same as far as being nexus 1 like any suggestions to some more original themes? using xHero theme by forkup seems fun unique seems like all themes i've tried are nexus clones

found it in the other post listing roms/themes now to just install with rom manager thx for the suggestion looks cool from screens

It's pretty cool. But it will make ur phone run slow if you get the full themed version.
So think twice!
