Just saw a post about camera issues

same problem here...while recording a video and u zoom in the 2nd camera start a buzzing sound and video is hazy...need to visit Samsung service store...iam sure they will not offer replacement but repair...

me and friend were at the zoo yesterday and when she used her note9 and tried to zoom, the screen got wavy, you could here the buzz that sounded like the aperture stuck or something.
haven't seen it before, but it continued after a restart and even cache wipe.

when we got home i couldn't reproduce it.

i got our note9's on the same day, on release day.

was glad to see a post about it.

Yeah I just called up Samsung... so troublesome.. might just change my phone if they need me to wait too long

It's a hardware issue. It needs to get fixed, cant be done with a restart of cache clear.

When I got the phone since release day and was hearing issues with the camera not working properly I was then glad I didnt face any issue. Just my luck it came knocking on my door last week

Will be taking the phone to Samsung service centre for camera problem and replacement of the 2nd camera... For buzzing sound and hazy camera... Will keep u guys updated

Update: got my phone fixed. they changed the camera unit and I think they even changed my battery for free as well as its lasting much longer now.

however through this I realised either the Samsung cloud or the Google drive back up didnt work very well as when restoring my apps they said there was an error....

Great.. Iam gonna go to Samsung service centre soon... Hope they change my battery also for free
But y they format the phone... As its a hardware issue... I can't afford to format my phone now... Will tell them not to....

I asked if it was possible to not format they said no. I was left with no choice also....

Better back up your phone first.
