Just Signed Up - Already Eligible for Upgrade?

I am not really complaining, but I found it odd one of the two lines I just started with Sprint is already eligible for upgrade pricing. Is this normal for a new customer to get this? It is only on one of the lines.

Yes it does, cause you could have bought 1 phone from sprint and maybe already had a sprint phone and got it activated. If you buy a phone off craigslist or ebay and get it activated then you will be eligible for a upgrade immediately.
