Just switched from an iPhone X

I hear you... Pixel is an amazing device, but what makes it great is more subtle than what most look for in their device.

Couldn't agree more. Many folks don't give google pixel phones credit for the software experience. To me that's better than the camera, yes the camera is great but my daily use and navigating through the phones features are just fluid.

Welcome back to the land of Android! I do understand why you initially went for the iPhone X - it is a pretty phone and has some great features. However, I think you made the right choice with the Pixel 2 XL. Stock Android is super smooth and since you got the Pixel, you'll always be first in line for updates. And yes, the camera is superb on the Pixel 2! What's your favourite part about the 2XL so far?

Would definitely say the camera. And honestly I like the phone size. The iPhone X was a beauty with design (besides the notch) but I still felt like the screen was too small. I am 6'4 and prefer something substantially in my hands.

The camera is super awesome, so I can definitely understand why you love it! Haha I get that - well, in theory... I'm only 5'1". 🤣

I am also a long time iPhone user. I also had the iPhone X for roughly a few weeks. It had that initial magic, but then I found that the software was constantly plagued by bugs and sudden crashes. It escalated to the point that if I attempted to delete an email, the email application would crash every single time. I finally decided to get rid of it, and switched to the Pixel XL 2. I can honestly say I am surprised by the device, and how smooth it operates without any issues. My history with the Android operating system has been with Samsung devices. However, now I can say I am all in with Android, and specifically Google at the helm of making the perfect device.
