Out of curiosity, why do you want to root your device?

Mostly because I like to tinker with things. I also want to get rid of some of this bloatware on my phone, it is really starting to bug me....

Some of the ROMs I am finding also look pretty cool.

Roms are pretty cool. But do some studying first. Ask any questions. Reason is if you load the wrong ROM you can brick your device.
