k-9 email vs factory client

Is there any reason why i the email I get from my boss comes thru on k-9, but not on the factory email client? The rest of my email is working fine on the stock client. My boss' email come thru as blank with files attached that are not named and have 0 kbs. The very same email come thru on k-9 and I can read them and everything looks great.

I have no idea what is going on or how to resolve the issue. I would prefer to have an email client with out adds. Any help would be great!
