K9 Email Questions

Have a couple questions about K9 email.

If I inadvertantly move an email to the trash folder, how can I move it back to the inbox? I can't find an option to move emails.

This past week I am having an issue with emails that are read or deleted coming back as unread. Anyone else experiencing this?

I've had that happen. I recently switched to kaiten, the k9 successor, and it seems to run a lot quicker and better. It's not free though.
