Kal-El Expectations

I've been keeping up on Tegra 3/Kal-El news as much as I can, including the recent 'Glowball' demo Nvidia showed off. I realize it was originally said we could expect to see it in tablets by August. I would be surprised if the Xoom 2 didn't use it, and hopefully the leaked Motorola site comps are an indication it isn't many months out.

Any opinions on when we'll see it out for consumers? I'm considering a Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the meantime, but an LTE Kal-El Xoom 2 would be quite nice..

Its always hard to tell exactly when things will land in the shape of a real product that consumers can buy. The Tegra 2 was available for a while before the Xoom, Atrix etc started shipping. I wouldn't expect Kal-El tablets to soon but I would be very surprised if we didn't have them in time for the holidays. In the mean time you'll probably really like that Galaxy Tab.

I have heard rumors that Amazon's tablet will be the first tegra 3 tablet. Again rumors.
