Keanel is not seandroid enforcing on my Samsung Galaxy J2. How can I fix this?

when i press power to start up my samsung galaxy j2
it shows that
" keanel is not seandroid enforcing
custom binary blocked by FRP Lock "
what should i do please tell in detail with step by step

Welcome to Android Central! I assume the phone is rooted. Was the phone factory reset without first removing the preexisting Google account? If you reset a phone without removing the accounts first, the Factory Reset Protection feature usually requires you to enter the account information again. I'm not a rooting expert, but it sounds like the Factory Reset Protection is also preventing the custom ROM from functioning as well.
