This might be a covered question somewhere, I haven't found it though. I flashed a kearnel that works really well and can't remember which one. How can I verify which kearnel I'm running?
I believe there is a setting with SetCPU that will tell you... Anyone verify?
yeah if you go to the info section, but it isnt always the name of the zip file you flashed
Setcpu info, while it says 2.6.29 also gives you additional information that includes name and date. While I have that kernel version, it also shows the flashed kernel dated 1-21-11 on it. Showed the 12/30 version when I had it on there as well.
that reads the same for everyone. all the kernels are based on 2.6.29. so they will all say 2.6.29, regaurdless of which one you flash.
the way to tell which kernel you have is...................
you guessed!! dont forget which kernel you flashed!!![]()
yeah like vulc said, it starts 2.6.29 then there is all sorts of info after
