Keep getting "Complete action using...." EVERY TIME

EVERY TIME I open a picture file or any type of media file, I ALWAYS get a "Complete action using...." NO MATTER how many times I select "always" when it asks!!! it ALWAYS asks again when I open another file!!!

Two options if you are using the std gallery app:

1.clear the Gallery app cache in settings >all applications, scroll to gallery, select it and clear cache.

2. Try QuickPic instead of the std gallery app
