Keep Getting message in calls when using Voice Commands to call

I have been getting this error message on my phone most times when I use Voice Coimmands to call someone. It was a problem when I was on .596 and still happening with the latest update .621. When I'm about to hang up from a call where i use the voice commands to call someone, I get the message Sorry Activity Voice Commands (in application Voice Commands) is not responding. Then it has a force close or Wait button to choose. I usually hit either button. Nothing really happens during call and no problems using the voice commands to make the call, but most of the time I use voice commands for a call the message is there when I go to end the call. Just wondering if there is a fix or anybody else is having this problem?
