Keep getting message that location was off

And asks me if I want to turn it back on..... I'm not turning it off in the first place! Bizarre and frustrating.

Double checked, no. Good idea though. It's weird. I'm looking forward actually in a weird way to factory data resetting after I get Oreo

Good call. I have battery saving mode on and I get pop ups from Google asking if I want to turn on high accuracy mode.

I've always wondered how much the Wi-fi/Bluetooth Scanning features contribute to location accuracy. Even if I want High Accuracy, I always keep the scanning off -- with GPS and mobile data, I never have problems with poor location while driving.
