So a lot of you have probably seen my thread about leaving a phone on the charger, it did kill it's battery. Now, I'm wondering if I should go use my upgrade to get a new one because of the amazing camera, I'm going to a festival in August so lowlight will be needed, as well as waterproofing. Do you guys think it's worth the upgrade? Or should I just wait for the Note 6?

These chargers are designed to kill the power when the phone is at 100%. I still don't believe that your phone has a decreased battery life from overcharging.

You should just use your upgrade to get the S7E. They say it's one of the best phones ever released.

That's just a safety precaution. But leaving it in too long would cause heat dissipation of the current that's running through the charger into the phone where it is being blocked. The heat has to go somewhere. I'd believe the heat affected the battery since it would constant for at least 3 weeks.

Anyway, how about just getting a battery replacement? Should be cheaper than getting a new one.
