Keep screen from going idle when in Dock

How do I keep the screen on the blue screen with all the icons instead of going to the idle floating time screen? I keep it at my desk and want to have the screen on the blue screen to see notifications ect.

Because I did not buy the dock but use the included charger instead I do not know if there is a setting for the dock. Instead, I downloaded the free app "StayAwake" and set it to 'stay awake if plugged'. As soon as I plug in my Charge the screen comes on and stays on.

Thanks, I will try that! I asked VZW support about the dock setting and they said the stay on feature "may not be available".....lovely.
