If you are using Gmail IMAP, yes.

I would have put one of my gmail accounts in Aquamail, but Google wanted permission to scan everything in Aquamail - I don't use Gmail for anything but Play store. I said no, and removed Gmail app from phone. Google doesn't like it, but I'll buy apps from a Linux computer using a Firefox clone. I don't use Chrome browser, nor do I use Google search.
