keeping my Galaxy S6

hello all,
I finally decided to keep my galaxy S6, i figure out i could learn to love it more and more. Pictures are wonderful, I do hear a crackling noise when i receive or make calls. when I use a headset it's a normal sound. why is that? Other thing, i am not satisfied with the samsung keyboard, it doesn't record all my usual words typed. i am trying google keyboard, same thing. Thanks a lot, really appreciate!!:-

Please try SwiftKey. It's the best keyboard out there and great with predictive typing. It's the first App I put on any new phone. I'll try others occasionally, but always come back.

As for the crackling noise, I've never had anything but excellent reception and sound on phone calls. I would want to get that checked out - not normal. Shouldn't be the case with headsets either, I don't have that.

thank you so much, so far swiftkey does the job. as for the noise, i prefer using headset in the meantime but i will get it checked soon though.
