Keeps restarting reboot process

[AC Question]

My samsung galaxy mini 2 (I no it's from 300 years ago) has started doing weird. When i tried turning it on the samsung logo appears, then the phone name vibrates and starts over. And the only way to stop it is by pulling out the charger and battery. It does shows the sign that it is charging and how much percentage I have. I tried turning it on while the volume-down button was pressed so that I could reset it but NOPE. I hope im not the only 1 experiencing this problem. PLZ HELP
