Ive got the Kenwood unit in my VW T5 campervan I have always connected the phone via the USB cable im then able to use my google maps sat nav which displays on my screen and I can use voice control.
Since I've updated software on my phone it wont connect it says unsupported device.
I have updated the firmware software on the Kenwood but get the same answer it will connect via bluetooth but its the cable connection I want.
Any ideas why
