Kernel update what's wrong

When I turned on my tablet today it said it had system updates to do so I let it. It updated to kernel 4.0.03 from honeycomb. Now every time I try to watch a video I get a screen with a small blue cube with 2 ? On it. Help what do I do?

It will let me watch YouTube videos but no other.

Try going to Play Store and loading Flash Player.

Thanks that helped. I already had flash player installed but there was an update available that took care of the issue.
