Keyboard case no longer working after Android 10

Is anyone else having this issue with their keyboard case? I've tried doing a factory reset but to no avail. The tablet works normally and will still even use a usb mouse/keyboard.

Is it the official Samsung one? Bluetooth connection, right?

It’s the official case that connects magnetically.

Ok, so based on the item description on the Samsung page, it sounds like that case uses POGO pin connectors. Make sure that connector is clean -- swab it with some rubbing alcohol.
