Keyboard e and z keys do not work

All of a a sudden the above mentioned keys do not work.... Android 5.0.2.

Welcome to Android Central! Which device? Does this happen when the keyboard is in landscape orientation as well?

It's a yu yuphoria cyan phone. And yes it works in landscape. I tried factory reset installing other keyboard s use,but no use

It's likely due to a problem with the screen's digitizer. You'd have to bring it to a repair shop to get it replaced, or contact the manufacturer for warranty repair, if possible.
