Keyboard for s4 mini

Hi there!

I would like to know if there is anyway, without rooting my phone, to get the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 or S4 keyboard for my S4 mini? And if anyone knows when the 4.3 update will be available in South Africa or for download.

Regarding 4.3, the word on the street is that there were many problems when it was released for other phones, so Samsung is holding off release for mini until those problems are resolved.

I read 5 different S4 mini forums. No one knows. Samsung is not saying anything to anyone AFAIK.

Thats bad, I have 4.2.2 now I have a korean versi?n shv-e370k, I have b?sic social apps and ram is always all used I know next updates will improve ram usage of the OS. Right?

The difference between the keyboards is that the S4/Note 3 keyboard has the numbers above the letters whereas on the s4 mini you have to hold in the letter or go into the Symbols menu
