Keyboard is missing Just Voice input.. Samsung galaxy tab 3 wifi

no keyboard appears when i want to type something,, just the voice input.. when i checked the settings for language and keyboard.. the default input was "voice input" and it is greyed out... and there is no keyboard to select on configure method..

what i did was to hard reset my tab but nothings happen..

i downloaded a keyboard app and save it on my sd card and try to install it.. but there was a problem concerning about the google play store.. it crashes every time i install an application..

Have you tried maybe downloading an .apk for one of the free keyboards and installing that way so you don't have to go through the Play Store?

I am also facing a similar issue on micromax doodle. Tried changing to slide under security settings but again that does not help.
In addition the lock of the screen defaults to Blow air or shake.. Not sure where that came from.

Any help is appreciated. Thx.
